The oil pulling cure is a proven method to support daily oral hygiene. Valuable

nourishing properties.
By slowly moving the oil in the mouth, bacteria and toxins can be bound. At the
same time, the application helps to care for and strengthen the gums and
contributes to a better oral flora. The combination of sesame oil and carefully
selected essential oils makes the oil pulling cure a gentle, natural addition to daily
oral hygiene.
Usage and Dosage
In the morning and evening, swish a tablespoon of oil around your mouth for 3-5 minutes and then
spit it out. Then rinse your mouth thoroughly and brush your teeth.
