Antiseptic gum gel

Periodontitis treatment is an important part of modern dentistry, as it aims to stop
inflammation of the gums at an early stage and to preserve the periodontium in the
long term. In addition to professional therapy in the dental practice, treatment at
home is becoming increasingly important. A special antiseptic gum gel can be used
to support this , which has anti-inflammatory, germicidal and regenerating
properties.
In aromatherapy, essential oils are used specifically to achieve germicidal and gumstrengthening effects and to increase well-being. In order to individually adjust the
selection of the most effective oils, an antibiogram/aromatogram can be created
that shows which oils are particularly effective against the germs present. In this
way, periodontitis treatment can be sensibly expanded and personalized.
As a rule, it is recommended to carefully apply a small amount of the gel 2x daily for
at least 6 weeks after brushing with an interdental brush in the spaces between the
teeth.
